Debugging the request this produces
A converted request is usually the start of a loop rather than the end of one: run it, read the response, work out why it is not what you expected. Three things tend to come up.
The response body arrives as one unreadable line —
the JSON Formatter will
indent it and point at the exact character if it will not parse. The request carries a bearer
token and the API says it is invalid —
the JWT Decoder shows
whether it has simply expired, which it usually has. And the response is full of
created_at values that are bare integers —
the Timestamp Converter turns
those into dates you can read.
All three run in your browser like this one does, which matters more than usual here: a cURL command you are debugging often has a production token sitting in an Authorization header, and pasting that into a tool that sends it somewhere is how credentials leak.
